Returns Policy

For our U.S. customers - if you have received an incorrect item and that item is still sealed completely, please let us know so we may provide you with our return address and free shipping label.  Returns are only accepted if an incorrect item was sent out.  Let us know if you would like a refund or store credit.  Once the item is received you can expect a refund within one billing cycle or receive your store credit immediately. 


For our customers outside of the U.S.  we cannot refund any items purchased.  It is up to the consumer to verify their product selection before the finalized checkout.  In the event an incorrect product is shipped, A&A STYLEz will evaluate each case and determine the proper resolution (store credit on the item on their next purchase). 

Cancellations

As our system is fully automated, orders cannot be cancelled after they have been placed.

 

 

International Shipping

We currently ship exclusively to the following countries: Argentina, Australia, Austria, Brazil, Brunei Darussalam, Canada, Denmark, Egypt, Finland, France, Germany, Hong Kong, Iceland, Indonesia, Israel, Italy, Kuwait, Luxembourg, Netherlands, Norway, Poland, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland and United Arab Emirates.

Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations.


When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose. Cosmetic/lotion products are usually shipped within 5 days.  Fragrances are usually shipped the next business day. 

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

 

ALL SHIPPING PRICES INCLUDE THE IMPORT TAX INTO YOUR COUNTRY.  YOU SHOULD NOT BE CHARGED BY CUSTOMS WHEN RECEIVING YOUR PRODUCTS.

 

CLAIMS FOR LOSS OF PARCEL INTERNATIONAL BUYERS

All shipments sent to customers already come with insurance included.  You must email us all information including order number within 30 days of order date. Claims will not be accepted after 30 days from order date. Claims are processed with USPS after 21 days from date of shipment for most countries. Select countries claim time is up to 90 days from shipment date. Claim completion time will vary as it is dependent on USPS claim processing time.   

 

 INTERNATIONAL CUSTOMERS CUSTOMS WARNING:  

Please note that it is your responsibility as the importer to know what can and can not be imported into your country.  If an order gets pulled by customs due to restricted/prohibited products, incorrect customs labeling, insufficient labeling or any other compliance issue, A&A STYLEz will not be able to assist you in recovering/releasing your order. All detailed product information like Country of Origin, Manufacturer name and address, Packaging details including images and further compliance details are not provided by A&A STYLEz.  This information must be provided to your customs department at your discretion and is solely your responsibility.   For larger orders especially, we suggest you contact us before you place an order as we can accommodate your preparing your own shipping and customs compliance information.  A&A STYLEz is not responsible for any import custom taxes you may be charged.
